At “Pilates and Fitness with Linda” I am focused on creating a haven for all stages of life through exercise, companionship and fun. All levels of fitness are welcomed.
Pilates is a total body work-out which is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. It primarily focuses on improving your core strength. There are many other physical benefits such as developing your overall strength, improving muscle balance, increasing your mobility, flexibility and improving your coordination. Pilates is viewed as a holistic training method, aiming to help you mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Hopefully increasing your confidence, and self-esteem through improved concentration, mindfulness and improved physical appearance – Who doesn’t want that??
It can also aid any other sports you may participate in as it is precision and sequence of movement establishes good training.
